    Account and Security

    Signing in

There are two ways into your account: email and password, or the Continue with Google button. Both lead to the same account surfaces, and if you enable two-factor authentication it protects both. Signing up with email asks for a username alongside your email and password.

    Forgotten and changed passwords

Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, choose the forgot-password option, enter your email, and click Send Reset Link. We email you a link that opens the reset page, where you set a new password and are signed straight in. If you know your current password and just want a new one, use Change Password on your Profile page; it asks for the current password first, so a borrowed laptop cannot quietly change it. You can update your account email from the same page.

    Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a code from an authenticator app on top of your password. To turn it on, open your Profile page, find the Two-Factor Authentication card, and click Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, and similar all work; a manual setup code is shown too), then enter the 6-digit code and click Verify & Enable.

From then on, every sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from your app, whichever way you signed in. You can turn it off any time with Disable 2FA on the same card. If you lose access to your authenticator, contact support to recover your account.

The starter balance is once per account

New accounts get a $3.00 starter balance with no card required. It is granted exactly once per account, enforced server-side, so deleting and re-registering or hammering the button will not stack it. Details on what it buys are in Wallet & Pricing.

    Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, and it is genuinely gone: the Delete Account card at the bottom of your Profile page removes your projects, your generated models and their files from storage, your wallet balance and transaction history, your profile, and the login itself. Because that includes your remaining balance and every model you have generated, export anything you want to keep first; exports are free.

To guard against accidents, the button opens a confirmation where you must type DELETE before the final Delete Account button activates. There is no undo and no recovery window.
